‘Colors of Celebration – An Artistic Tribute to Global Holidays’ is an exhibit honoring world cultures and the wide-ranging holidays observed around the globe. It is an eclectic mix of mediums and art styles that illustrate our meaningful family traditions. It’s also the 1 year anniversary of ART Williamston gallery!
The show opened November 18th and will remain hung through January 27th 2024.
Our household is making this exhibit a family affaire. I have a few pieces from my ‘Leaf Lace Collection.’ Marc Leigh, my husband, has his acrylic on canvas painting titled ‘That Free Jazz Thing’ included. Dax Leigh, our son, also has his graphite and colored pencil piece titled ‘Christmas Creeper’ inspired by Minecraft.
The Art Williamston Gallery is located inside the Williamston branch of the Capitol Area District Library. If you are nearby please do see the show! The artwork will remain hung through January 27th!
